IAN RYDSTRAND

Ian is a veteran of the hospitality industry with decades of extensive and diverse experience in all aspects of the construction and fitout processes. Ian's deep expertise awards him with invaluable insight into what it takes to make a project successful and more importantly, how to deliver it.

After starting out as a young dealer trading in new and used catering equipment in the late 80s, Ian has since owned and managed successful shop fitting, catering equipment and stainless steel manufacturing businesses, enabling him to offer his clients an end-to-end solution for their hospitality projects.

With involvement in over a thousand diverse projects from city bars, cafés, food franchises to high-end restaurants, Ian's industry, company and project management experience sees him among the best positioned in the industry to manage all aspects of the fit out process from start to finish.
